I can’t remember my password. How do I get logged in to my online banking?
You can reset your password to gain access to online banking by clicking “Forgot” on the online banking login page. After entering your Social Security number and account number, you will be prompted to receive a code by text message to the cellphone attached to your account for multi-factor authentication. Then, you will be prompted to create a new password.
How do I enroll in eStatements within online and/or mobile banking?
Clicking Documents within an account opens the eStatement management page where you can click Sign Up/Changes and check each account for which you would like to receive an eStatement.
Can I toggle between my business and personal accounts under the same mobile banking log in?
Yes! Simply click on Accounts, then the + to switch profiles.
How do I setup new alerts?
To set up a new balance alert or a new transaction alert, click on the account and then choose Alert Preferences.
